Shopify Store Development Agreement – WebexVibe

Welcome to WebexVibe. Please read this agreement carefully before placing your order. By purchasing our Shopify Store Development service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

• • WebexVibe will design and develop a Shopify store using the Shopify free subdomain (example: storename.myshopify.com).

• • A paid custom domain is not included in this package.

• • A video demo of the completed store will be provided before handover.

2. Payment Terms

• • 50% advance payment is required before work begins.

• • After completion, WebexVibe will send the Client a video proof of the store.

• • The Client must pay the remaining 50% within 24 hours of receiving the video.

• • If payment is not received within 24 hours, the store will be deleted permanently and WebexVibe will not be responsible for recovery.

• • All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Delivery Timeline

• • The store will be delivered within 24 hours after the Client provides complete details and pays the advance.

• • Sundays are not counted in the delivery timeline. If details are provided on a Sunday, delivery time will start from Monday.

• • In case of unavoidable issues such as electricity failure, internet outage, or Shopify downtime, delivery may be delayed. WebexVibe will notify the Client in such cases.

4. Revisions

• • The Client will receive 2 free revisions after project completion.

• • Any additional revisions or changes beyond the included two will be charged separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

• • The Client must provide complete and accurate information (store name, branding, product details, images, etc.) on time.

• • Delays caused by missing or late information will extend the delivery timeline.

6. Client Benefits

• • Video proof before payment clearance.

• • Fast delivery (within 24 hours after receiving details & advance).

• • Full ownership of the store after final payment.

• • Confidential handling of all data and login credentials.

• • 2 free revisions included.

• • Basic guidance to help manage the Shopify store.

7. Termination

• • If the Client cancels after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.

• • WebexVibe may terminate the project if the Client fails to provide details or payments on time.

This agreement protects both the Client and WebexVibe, ensuring transparency, security, and trust.
